great access to attractions and easy walking areas

My stay was filled with convenient access to lovely parks and local attractions like the Mesquite Arena, making my strolls enjoyable and stress-free. it was perfect for exploring nearby sites without needing a car.

The location is convenient for visiting local attractions, and the front lobby was impressively clean upon arrival. However, the pool was closed during my stay, which was disappointing given the hot weather. Additionally, while the staff were friendly, I encountered issues with the room cleanliness that detracted from the overall experience. I appreciated the availability of homemade local products nearby, which added a nice touch to our trip.

Lobby could use some attention!!! The elevator felt like a slow-moving death trap!!! More lighting needed in rooms, especially for mirrors!!! First impressions matter, and the unmanicured lawn doesn't reflect quality!!!

My stay at Motel 6-Mesquite, Tx, Balch Springs was really pleasant. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh paint and new flooring. I appreciated how quiet it was, even while renovations were ongoing in other areas.

We brought the kids and our cousin to check out the local parks, which made for some fun family outings! The space was decent for all of us, and it felt pretty cozy afterward. Fresh paint and new flooring made a nice impression.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool should have been open for the kids.
